In the last ten years Sudan has witnessed a rapid and far-reaching deteriorated in its human rights situation when the sphere of the state became identical to the religious sphere. The report deals with the legal and institutional framework inherited for the colonial power through conflicts of different national groups in Sudan in regard to these laws.
